What we collect

When you use our contact form we process the name, email address, company (optional) and message you provide.

When you visit the site, our privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics records aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Why we process it

To respond to your enquiry and provide our services (Art. 31 nFADP; Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract).

To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and improve it (legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Legal bases

We process personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Sharing & processors

Your contact-form message is processed on our own server infrastructure and used solely to respond to you. We do not sell your personal data, and we keep any third-party service providers to the minimum required to operate the site.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then delete it.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@zulianstudio.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss FDPIC (edoeb.admin.ch).
