These Terms govern services provided by Anna Zulian ("Zulian Studio", "we"). They apply unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Services

We provide Google Ads management, web design & development, brand photography, social media content and marketing strategy consulting, as scoped in an individual offer or statement of work.

3. Offers & contract

A contract is formed when you accept our written offer. The agreed scope and price prevail over any general statements on this website.

4. Fees & payment

Fees are project-based and stated in the offer. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 30 days. Prices are in CHF and exclude VAT where applicable.

5. Client responsibilities

You provide timely access, content and approvals needed to perform the services. Delays on your side may affect timelines.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive the agreed usage rights to delivered work. We may reference the project in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence and capped at the fees paid for the relevant service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland.
